What a Month!!!

Ok so here we go catching up yet again. This last month has been very busy for the Kirkham family. First we went off into the wilderness for the Kirby Family Reunion. This was so much fun. All of my Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins and families were there except for 3. And coming from a family the size of the Kirby's this was amazing. Some had to travel really far to get there, but we were really excited to see everyone.
The kids had so much fun. They got to make their own pinata's. They then got to break a large pinata and fill their smaller ones with the candy from the larger ones.

Madi & Jesi making their pinata's.....

Allie, Madi, & Jesi taking their turns breaking the large pinata...

Shelby & Tanner taking their turns. It took the "big" kids to finally get the thing broken.

Emily & Allie in their matching PJ's. Weird how these two look more like sisters than cousins..??..

All the 2nd generation cousins getting their candy.... Reese enjoying a treat.

Jesi getting adventurous & playing with Koda.

Reese with her "new" hair style.....

Allie, Madi, & Jesi relaxing while eating Sunflower seeds.

Each night we all sat around the campfire had had Smore's. My kids loved these.

Reese trying to get my camera. Mom & Grandpa sitting around the fire.

The girls making & eating smore's. I'm afraid they liked them a little to much.

After the family reunion, we headed back to mom's. That night we had a major lightning storm. It was so cool. Being stuck in a valley in Salt Lake, we don't get storms like these.

The next morning, Kelly & I headed back to Salt Lake and left the girls at mom's for a week without the parents. They loved it, but after a week being away from my girls, I was having a hard time and couldn't wait to get back up there to pick them up.

Jesi, Allie, & Tanner enjoying time at Grandma's.

While up at mom's, Grandma Kirby's headstone was installed. Here it is. WOW!!! Here are also pictures of Great Grandma & Grandpa Kirby's, & Grandma Aland's headstones.

Those pictures of the storm are incredible! Emma has a cousin that she looks more like than any of her sisters, too. It's kinda funny.
